Every Monday, Chiquis will drop a new one-hour episode of “Chiquis and Chill,” filled with anecdotes, tips, insights and some unexpected revelations, all told in English. Each episode will feature her unique sense of humor, her inspiring way to see herself and her wonderful passion for life. In short, honest talk with a lot of wisdom and a generous amount of that incredible mix of sexy, fun and deep, that Chiquis is known for. And as if that weren’t enough, she will also have riveting conversations with very interesting guests.
The announcement comes on the heels of Chiquis’ latest live show, as the only female artist performing at Uforia´s “El Bueno, La Mala y El Feo Fest” that took place Sunday night at the Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth in front of a sold out audience of more than 20,000 fans. It was a celebration for all lovers of regional Mexican music in the U.S. No one represents Mexican-American women’s talent and power better than Chiquis. After all, she is a true 200 percenter: 100% Mexican and 100% American.
Chiquis has also been announced as a performer and co-host of “Premios de la Radio”, the most important award show in the regional Mexican music world, set to take place in Mexico City this Wednesday, November 10th. She is also nominated as Best Female Artist. The award gala will air simultaneously in the U.S. on Estrella TV and on Azteca TV in Mexico.
In the first episode of “Chiquis & Chill”, the artist immersed her audience into her world, by divulging how she managed to be so successful in the male-dominated music industry, her artistic vision, personal anecdotes, how she navigates personal and professional relationships and her adventures as a beauty entrepreneur. But that’s not all: She also invited her audience into her quest to achieve optimal physical and mental health teaching them them how to be limitless and achieve their goals without losing themselves. Chiquis has been a judge on the popular contest TV show Tengo Talento Mucho Talento and was part of the cast of Univision’s talent show Va Por Ti. For five seasons Chiquis has been a part of The Riveras, a reality show that focuses on her life with her four brothers, just how we saw it on I Love Jenni. This success wasn’t entirely achieved on her own.
