The Urbano performer recruits artists like Rauw Alejandro,
Myke Towers, Nio Garcia,
and the chart-topping global star,
Farruko,
to help bring his album to life.

The Puerto Rican singer-songwriter and one of the genre’s most promising artists, Milly, releases his debut album “Honey Bee” under the flag of the critically acclaimed record label Carbon Fiber Music. The album is available to stream on all digital platforms today.

Honey Bee” marks the up and coming performer’s official album debut into the Latin genre while cementing his status as a musical tastemaker that can craft music that will capture the adoration of fans across the globe. The 14 song album includes previously released hit songs like “Date Tu Guille,” alongside Rauw Alejandro, Myke Towers, Sharo Towers, and fellow “Carbon Gang” members Lary Over and Urbano pioneer Farruko (it has amassed over 77 million views on YouTube and 34.6 Million global streams, as well as “No Te Enamores” alongside Jay Wheeler, Nio Garcia, Amenazzy, and Farruko, which positioned Milly on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs Chart at #30 and peaked at #22 on the Latin Rhythm Airplay Chart. Rounding off the powerhouse collaborations for the album are Ankhal for his song “BIBI,” Nino Freestyle and Chucky73 for his song “Siempre en High,” and fellow “Carbon Gang” member and Panamanian artist, Akim, for the song “Dime.” While distinct and unique, each track features Milly’s stirring and ineffaceably hypnotic vocals interlaced with musical components that have become his signature sound.

Loco Por Ti,” the album’s focus track, exhibits the culmination of everything Milly is looking to achieve with the release of his debut album. The song displays Milly’s capability as an artist and performer with a clear vision of what will resonate with a global fanbase by creating something memorable and hypnotic. His smooth vocals and tonality pair well with the Pop-Urbano beats and rhythms detailed in the track. Along with the track and album, Milly is also releasing the official video, which was directed by Fernando Lugo and produced by Andy Clay Cruz and Roberto Carlos Sierra Casseres. The video depicts Milly serenading his leading lady as he relives the fateful day he met her during a night out on the town. In it, he also pays homage to his dancer roots and shows off a couple of dance moves throughout the video.

«The ‘Honey Bee’ album is very important to me as it is my first album in my career. It has always been one of my dreams to be able to release an album and I feel very happy with this project because with this album I will show who I am and everyone will know who Milly truly is,» expressed Milly.

The symbolism found within the album artwork is an intentional homage to the nickname his fans have dubbed him. “La abeja,” which translates to “the bee,” refers to the sweet nature of his music rooting back to his melodic vocal style that oozes romanticism and sensuality.

The singer-songwriter has experienced much success and career milestones in 2021 starting with the release of his widely successful track “Tas Bota” which took his career to unprecedented levels and garnered over 4.2 million views on YouTube, over 3 million combined streams across all platforms, and received praise from outlets such as Billboard, E!
