BREAKOUT ARTIST ANKHAL RELEASES NEW ALBUM “ANTI JUDAS RELOADED”

Puerto Rican singer-songwriter, Ankhal, releases his latest album ANTI JUDAS RELOADED under leading independent label Carbon Fiber Music. The new album is a fresh new take on his debut album ANTI JUDAS which was released in May 2021. The album is available for streaming on all digital platforms today.

ANTI JUDAS RELOADED includes two remixes of original tracks from the album as well as nine new tracks that build upon the foundation of the first album. The focus track, “SACA Y PON,” sets the tone for the album — one that is gritty, raw, and unapologetic in its dogged abrasiveness. Ankhal’s passionate flow, lyricism, and force are paired over cutting-edge Trap and Urbano beats adding another layer of realism to his music as he weaves a story about not letting anyone take advantage of him. The video, directed by JOLO, matches the feel and theme of the song by using darker and paler hues as Ankhal is joined by his crew giving off a “no new friends” vibe. His song “HOLY SHIT REMIX” featuring Jhay Cortez off of the new album has received over 1.8 million Spotify streams, 1.1 million Apple Music streams, and over 1.3 million views on YouTube.

With the immense success of his original album ANTI JUDAS, Ankhal solidified his mark within the Latin music industry. Boasting no major collaborations, the album went on to accrue over 29 million combined streams. The album also reached the No. 7 spot in Apple Music on the second day of its release. His most successful song off of the album, “Si Pepe“, has garnered over 2.1 million Spotify streams, 1.8 million Apple Music streams, and over 7 million views on YouTube. The original version of “Holy Shit” has garnered over 1.6 million streams on Spotify, 1.6 million streams on Apple Music, and over 908k views on YouTube. His song “Diva” has over 1.1 million streams on Spotify, 1.1 million streams on Apple Music, and its audio cover has amassed over 2.3 million views on YouTube.

Ankhal entered the Latin music market after catching the attention of international superstar Farruko and Carbon Fiber Music President, Frank Martínez, when he won two Freestyle Mania contests back-to-back. The duo signed him to their famed Carbon Fiber Music label in 2019. One of his biggest hits to date has been his song “Perreo Intenso,” which was certified Platinum, but is not on the new album. After becoming a member of the “Carbon Fiber Gang,” the rising performer has emerged as one of the industry’s leading Hip-Hop and Urbano prospects. He has more than 683,464 monthly listeners on Spotify to date and has displayed consistent levels of verbose growth cementing his place amongst listeners as one of the most promising artists today.
